You will find on this page all the information to organize visits at the museum. This page is only for tourism profesionals (travel agency, coach operator, tourist office...) and group responsibles (cultural association, wirk council…).
Opening times
July and August: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm without interruption, all day
June and September: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm without interruption, closed on Tuesdays
October to May: 9:30 am to 12:30 am and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, closed on Tuesdays
Closed on December 25th and January 1st.
Last admission 45 minutes before closing.
Visitors must exit the lower gallery 30 minutes before closing.
Guided tour and free visit
Groups can visit the museum with their own lecturers. In this case, they will only have to pay the entrance fee, but it’s mandatory to inform the museum and ask for a « right to talk ».
The museum offers visits in French but also in English on request, and as part of its scheduled guided tours.
Reservation
Reservation is free but obligatory for a guided tour (only for groups), in order to manage the visitors flows.
